How to make a cold brew coffee

- Fresh coarse-grind Pact coffee (90g to a litre)
- Cold filtered or bottled water
- Cold brew jug
- Drip scale

You will need:
- Fresh coarse-grind Pact coffee (90g to a litre)

You will need:
- Fresh coarse-grind Pact coffee (90g to a litre)
- Cold filtered or bottled water
- Cold brew jug
- Drip scale
- Tablespoon
Step 1
Measure out the required amount of coarse-grind Pact coffee, using a ratio of 90g to a litre. Put this into your filter.
Step 2
Put your filter into your jug and pour your required amount of cold water directly through the coffee.
Step 3
Allow the coffee to brew at room temperature for up to 24 hours.
Step 4
Keep tasting it every four to six hours until it’s to your taste. The longer you brew it, the more the intensity of flavour.
Step 5
Once it’s just right, remove the coffee grounds and serve or refrigerate.
